Swiss Buttercream is the icing we use which is a boiled sugar buttercream with a velvet smooth texture and is a less sweet and delicate. Decorators Icing is an icing sugar buttercream and is sweeter with a more noticeable texture which is available upon request.

We celebrate birthday’s quarterly at our office. I was looking for something fresh, handcrafted; and where you could taste and see the goodness…and SWIRL delivered exactly that. “Best cake ever” was the most common comment, along with “Where’d you get the cake”. And of course, extreme disappointment to those folks who were…late to the party.
